Richard Norris appointed General Manager for Business Specialist Products, Bupa UK Insurance

Bupa UK Insurance has announced the appointment of Richard Norris as General Manager for Business Specialist Products, subject to regulatory approval.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the UK insurance sector comprising leadership roles at Bupa since 2011, and previous to this, senior client-facing roles at AXA PPP Healthcare. With proven success of record growth in dental insurance as Director of SME and Specialist Products and leading the launch of Bupa Connect, an award-winning digital platform for intermediaries and clients, Richard was appointed Interim General Manager for Business Specialist Products in September 2022.
Richard will continue to report to Alex Perry, CEO for Bupa UK Insurance, and lead Bupa’s ‘Better for Business’ strategy, which prioritises preventative workplace wellbeing, clinical expertise and making healthcare easier to manage for business customers and employees.
