Nichola Thomson Appointed General Manager of Bupa Global UK & Africa

Bupa Global has announced the appointment of Nichola Thomson as General Manager of Bupa Global UK And Africa (subject to regulatory approval). 

Nichola brings extensive insurance experience to the role having held executive positions across marketing, distribution, operations, and transformation with Zurich, the insurer and Jelf, one of the UK's leading insurance brokers. Her most recent senior leadership role was Vice President of Insurance Business Services at Mphasis.   

As General Manager for the UK and Africa, Nichola will lead the management of Bupa Global’s business and strategy delivery in the UK, Africa, and Bupa Egypt businesses, as the business seeks to maintain its position as the leading international private medical insurance (IPMI) provider in these priority markets.
