AXA Partners Launches “Real Life Stories”

AXA Partners, a global player in assistance service, travel insurance and credit and lifestyle protection today launched the second episode of “Real Life Stories,” a series showcasing the company’s work to help customers overcome significant challenges.
This latest episode focuses on the story of Baby Ian, who was born prematurely while his parents were travelling in the United States. They needed immediate assistance to identify and secure medical care. AXA Partners supported the family throughout, including the coordination of the repatriation back to the United Kingdom.

Throughout the series, launched in November 2023, AXA Partners is reconstructing real events with direct testimonies from its customers. This is all underpinned by the effective management of a global network of medical professionals and providers to help and protect their customers anytime, anywhere.
